How much allocation for presale? how much allocation for public sale? how is the numeric Dao team going to use the fund collected from sales? do you have these types of questions?
numeric dao is an investment as a service dao. numeric dao will have a treasury and 35% of the total allocation will be used to fund the treasury. That doesn’t mean we can sell tokens at any price. numeric dao soft cap for sale is 1,00,000$.
35% of the total supply or 35,00,00,000 $numeric token team will do a presale and public sale 35% of the token allocation will be used to do presale, but what about the public sale? there is no guarantee that the presale will be successful and 35,00,00,000 tokens will sale. then what will the team do ?
presale price will be 0.0003 So 0.0003 x 35,00,00,000 = 1,00,000$. if the presale went successful and tokens are sold in the presale, the treasury will get its amount to start working. what if the presale didn’t get sold out and some tokens remain without being sold?
public sale will solve the problem. If the 35,00,00,000 $numeric token is not fully sold, then we will do a public sale using the remaining token. ex: if 100000 $numeric token remains unsold then the team will do a public sale using the token.
now you have a question, why would people buy in a private sale? we can still get the coin in the public sale. you can still get tokens in the public sale but the price will be different. presale price will be 0.0003$ but, the public sale price will be 0.0004$.
private sale participants will get 2x profit while public sale participants will only get 50% profit. this will make users participate in a presale than a public sale.
the remaining funds got from the public sale will be used to add liquidity to numeric pairs. this will reduce the price drop even if private sale participants sell their bags
